Returns

Regular/Full Priced and Regular Sale Items 
  • Regular/full priced and regular sale items must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of shipment date to receive a full refund or store credit, excluding shipping cost.  (For example, purchase date was January 1st, shipping date was January 2nd, the return must be completed by January 16th.)  After fourteen (14) calendar days of shipment date of item(s), items cannot be returned or exchanged (no exceptions) 
  • All regular/full price and regular sale items must be returned in original packing with all original tags and hygiene liners and must be unworn without stains, damage, and odors (including perfume).  If a returned item is without original packing, all tags and hygiene liners or has been deemed worn, stained, damaged or with odor, the return will be rejected and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.  If the customer refuses to pay the shipping expense to receive their items back, the items will be discarded and no refund (full or partial) or store credit will be issued. 
  • Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your return/exchange to be processed once it is received.  Also, please consider the processing time that your bank has in place for refunds.  You will be notified via e-mail when your return/exchange has been received and processed.

Final Sale Items

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.  No exceptions.
  • If a final sale item is returned, the customer will be charged a final sale fee, the return will be rejected, and can be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. If the customer refuses to pay the shipping expense to receive their items back, the items will be discarded and no refund (full or partial), exchange or store credit (full or partial) will be issued.

  • Hips & Stilettos is not responsible for lost, stolen (whole or partial), or damaged return/exchange item(s)/package(s).  Please contact the shipping carrier for any issues/questions once your package has been shipped.
